I'm from Chicago but grew dissatisfied with the crappy service city dealers gave me so I traveled some distance away from the city to Muller Honda and I'll tell you my experience was fabulous . I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

The 2003-2006 Escalade ended up being one of the best designed SUV's which existed. In 2003, it was quicker to 60 than the Range Rover, and is still quicker than a Mini Cooper S. Interesting that the combination of engine and transmission was perfect for this vehicle. ONE SIMPLE FIX: Why does mine drive better at 140,000 miles than on day one? There is an issue with wandering on the highway with this generation Escalade. If you take it to an expert on alignment, there are caps that can be removed which GM refuses to remove. These caps allow the specialist to adjust camber and caster (I'm not sure which exact angle) but they will not adjust these at a GM dealership. The ride quality improves dramatically. Although the interior may have been nicer in newer models, ride quality suffered greatly as they focused on bigger wheels. The current generation is pathetic. The heated seats work poorly, the seats are smaller, and it rides so rough. We all believed it was a typical 70,000 mile vehicle, yet so many are surviving 300,000 miles. Another trick? When the rear adjustable shocks go, Monroe makes a direct replacement which functions with the computer properly. The non-adjustable alternative (quite popular) is MORE expensive and you lose the ride height adjustment, which I use all the time (I tow a small trailer). I have raced cars, own 2 new vehicles and an electric, and still, theEscalade is my favorite (the Challenger TA 392 is pretty amazing as well...as it is Mercedes-based).

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.
