Cesar took the time to talk with us outside, gave us honest advice, and most importantly brought an incredible positive energy. No pressure, no sales tactics, just real guidance. I come from a BMW background, and I can confidently say that the team at Williamson Cadillac made us feel genuinely comfortable from the start. My wife then saw the Vistiq Premium Luxury and instantly fell in love with it, especially the celestial exterior and the phantom blue interior. That moment sealed the deal. I have been to many dealerships over the years, and I have never met a finance manager like Cesar. He gives you confidence, he listens, and he makes things happen. This is the first time I have ever worked with a finance manager who did not try to overload us with unnecessary packages. That alone speaks volumes. Anthony was also excellent throughout the process. Professional, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Together, Cesar and Anthony made this experience smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. This is our first EV, and we are excited to enjoy it throughout the lease. With the way we were treated, I truly hope we will be back in a couple of years to get into an Escalade IQ. This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

This truck does everything asked of it. It is a beast with the 6.2 engine and tows a 24 ft boat like it isn’t there. Plenty of storage for hauling with back sets down. Great for commuting!
