Well, there may have been some poor experiences for some, but my experience was exceptional. Alan answered all my questions prior to flying out from PA to IL. Even picked me up at the airport. The pictures provided matched up exactly with the car when I viewed in person. There were a couple of niggles with the car and Alan graciously offered to take care of them. Found Alan to be candid, gracious, helpful and honest. Office support, Brittni had more patience than I might have when talking with PNC for funding verification. I would recommend Illinois Motors and the whole process with no reservations.

Test drove it and the turning radius was best I have EVER had a vehicle turn. Did U turn and easily stayed in the inside lane. So comfortable and rides so smooth!The vehicle of my dream! I may never learn all the perks but taking that one day at a time!

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

This truck does everything asked of it. It is a beast with the 6.2 engine and tows a 24 ft boat like it isn’t there. Plenty of storage for hauling with back sets down. Great for commuting!
