So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

I'm very late writing this review, but D'Arcy Chevrolet is so deserving of this review! I'm writing this review as the friend who was traveling with the truck owner from PA to the Iowa sheep show back in late September, 2025, and I have to say that D'Arcy Chevrolet in Morris, IL, has completely restored my faith in humanity. When my friend's truck broke down while hauling a trailer full of sheep, we were in a desperate situation. From the moment we arrived at D'Arcy Chevrolet, the staff treated us like family. They immediately got a technician working on the truck, and when they realized it couldn't be fixed in time for the show, they did something I've never seen any dealership do in my 62 years – they loaned us their plow truck so we could get the animals there safely. But their kindness didn't stop there. The staff actually helped us transfer everything from my friend's pickup to their plow truck, including the sheep and pen! While we waited, they brought us warm cookies and beverages, and even drove us to lunch. These small gestures meant the world to us during such a stressful time. When the parts took longer to arrive, they simply let us keep their plow truck without hesitation. They also helped us load and unload trucks going to and from the show to make sure we could get there and back as quickly as possible. The quality of work on my friend's truck was exceptional and the pricing was more than fair. But what truly sets D'Arcy Chevrolet apart is the genuine compassion and kindness of their staff. As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.
