Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Getting financing for luxury cars can sometimes be very difficult, but here at Platinum Collection, they made the whole process enjoyable and excellent. I recommend them with my eyes closed.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

They have a very nice Explorer SportTrac Adrenaline that I like very much. I contacted them on what engine it had, V-6 or V-8 and they responded promptly. They seem to specialize in nice 20 year old cars with very low mileage. Check out their inventory.

I say to my self I want to get another Escalade. But when I get into my 02. With 214.000 Miles on her. She is awesome. 6.0 v8 so Strong and ride like you on clouds. I think I'll keep her for a little longer.

I bought a 2025 XT four. Shortly after I got it home, I discovered a few of the technology features Needed adjustments. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. I see people waste their money on the the new jeep grand wagonnier and shake my head on the daily. For the price they could have better luxury and fewer recalls.
