Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

This dealership is so friendly and they don’t hound you to buy a car like a lot of places. They take their time with you and explain things. They take care of their vehicles too. I purchased a 2017 Ford from them.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

I was looking for a used Car and I didn’t see the color I wanted so Ron asked me had I considered buying a new vehicle so he showed me a new Car and I walked out of that dealership with a new Car. I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I love my Cadillac Escalade. Cars are made by humans so naturally they're not perfect. We've been driving it for 7 years with no major problems. My goal is to keep it and get another one soon.

Actually I went off Google which showed Platinum Motors open until 8, arrived just after 7, they were closed and leaving, literally reopened up, let us test drive a 2018 Jaguar F-Pace and then got me plates and let me take it home. Didn't even argue about my 130k mile trade in that Carvana offered $2400 for, just asked for a screenshot of it. THEN--couldn't do the financing right then, but put it together at a higher interest rate and then took about a week to actually come around with paperwork, and at a LOWER rate. All around easy to work with, super nice, and I would definitely buy here again. No sales xx, no hard/pushy sell, really honest genuine guys taking care of you. Really appreciate the experience and the car, and the ease of it all.

This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

Our experience at Import Exchange in Monkena, IL, was excellent. We found a car that we liked but noticed a couple of cosmetic issues with the bumper. I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.
