Our experience was very smooth, the gentlemen at northbay Cadillac was very nice, understanding, was treated very well..Chris, John, Petar and David..John took time to show us step by step the features in our GMC Sierra Denali, they were very patient and they answered all of our questions..they were an A+.. great job guys..

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

They parked my car after a recall service on a pile of snow- keep in mind its lowered and has a lot of work done to it. Granted, there was no damage to the car (surprisingly), i still dont appreciate how my seat was moved and they left my car a mess. It seemed like the techs were touching things inside of the cabin, i had streaks of something all over my windshield. The work was great but i dont recommend mechanics treating others cars like their own.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Our negotiations were straightforward, he facilitated getting the car to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection I’d setup and also contacted a company for me to get a temporary wrap for the car to be protected on my drive home back to NC (shout out to Alex and the guys over at ONEighty who fit me in on short notice. Thank you!). Once I got in town at Staten Island, Alfredo’s team was super accommodating and welcoming as well. i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

Test drove it and the turning radius was best I have EVER had a vehicle turn. Did U turn and easily stayed in the inside lane. So comfortable and rides so smooth!The vehicle of my dream! I may never learn all the perks but taking that one day at a time!

At most dealers you feel like you’re taking an exam and you’re afraid to touch anything. Here it was the opposite. They let me move between cars, sit, compare, nobody hovered. It felt like a friend’s garage, not a showroom.
