Used Cadillac Escalade ESV for sale near Fresno, TX under $599,981

We purchased a 2020 Lincoln Navigator from Mike Cook at Westpoint Lincoln on 9/10/25. We are 72 years old have never had a better experience buying a car. We were very specific in what we wanted and they got one in. We live in Indiana and flew to Houston to buy it. Mike even picked us up at the airport and made the whole thing very easy. They had it in tip top shape and a better price than other dealers. We were very pleased with everything and would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Our experience with Mackenzie and Sewell could not have been better. She replied promptly, answered all our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. We were purchasing from Virginia and ordering a car from Texas was a daunting prospect but the employees we dealt with at Sewell were absolutely amazing. There were no hidden fees, they were transparent about small cosmetic flaws we would never have see in pictures but since we couldn’t be there in person she sent us videos walking around the car showing every detail. Small flaws were repaired for us before the car shipped. Literally, the car is better than we could have hoped for! 18 Escalade ESV Platinum beautiful crystal white I read the expert reviews it said the ride could be better over most roads this vehicle is smooth as silk, ample power the new 10 speed transmission is smooth no issues Gas mileage 16.3 city and nearly 21 highway not bad. Plenty of safety features every option no issues great vehicle

Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...
