AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

I was looking for a 3500 diallly diesel. I found one a long way away for the price I wanted to pay. Syversons did not have one on their website. I called Matt Dugsted and within an hour he had located one. He got the truck there and ready for me the next morning. Also matched the price I found. Second vehicle I have bought from Matt.

I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.

Daisy was a phenomenal sales person. We drove approximately 200 miles to Rio Vista Chevrolet to purchase our 3500 dually high country because of an amazing, informative and comfortable conversation with her. When we arrived she was incredibly efficient (as well as the finance guy) and friendly. Felt like she truly cared! She really went the extra mile with us and walked us through every little thing. Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

Found a vehicle on auto trader and called them right away to see if I could come check it out they had the car ready when we arrived! They were there ready to greet us and the most laid back not pushy at all, not like a normal dealership this place was hands down top notch. Considering the location we were iffy but once in the building all the staff were friendly seemed happy and it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership! Considering we were kinda a pain to work with they were great and professional. Explained everything never got any attitude or treated us like we were idiots. About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.
