Always great service and great staff!!! We have been using Vera Cadillac for all our maintenance on our 2023 Suburban, service is way better than the Chevy dealers in the area, and we tried.

I live in Fort Lauderdale. I was introduced to those particular people that I'd go all the way there which one of them is the mechanic Mr. Kyle and the service advisor David Silverman super nice people and the service we can trust.

Great dealership. My transaction was handled quickly and I feel like a got a fair deal. Didn't have to wait around, playing games like so many other dealerships. Ask for Christian Mesa and you will excellent service.

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. Thanks again to the service team and Barbara. Keep it up

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible.
