The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

Members were very receptive and helpful in my journey into buying my first Corvette. Every member was available to answer questions even when my primary contact was out of office, presenting a collaborative (not cutthroat) team sales approach. The dealership was extremely clean and presentable. Its status as a leading Corvette dealer provided ample on-site cars that give customers an opportunity to see a variety of different options in-person, which drastically helped with decision making.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. Mario Reyna was our sales man. He was so helpful, making sure we under stood all the features of our GMC terrain. He went beyond being a sales person an drove it to Aberdeen for us.
