Didn't leave me waiting around excessively during price negotiation, and was willing to work with me to find a deal I was happy with. Finance was super quick and low-pressure, I didn't feel like I was being lambasted with upsells that I made clear I didn't want. Good stuff, Austin. The experience was pleasant. The salesman and everyone involved made put forth the effort to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. The salesman, Guy, even drove the vehicle to my home to make sure it was the type of vehicle I needed for my husband who has difficulty getting in and out of cars. I appreciated that.

I was in the market for a new Cadillac and had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator to trade. KBB quoted a price which Suburban guaranteed - So I made a call and spoke to Todd in new car sales. Having never met him before, he located a vehicle in Pennsylvania, traded for it and had it at in Plymouth in a day. We met him for the first time when we took delivery of our new vehicle. Could not ask for better!! Any future Cadillac purchases will be done with Suburban and Todd!!!

I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉
