We leased an escalade ESV from the dealership - using Jim Rapp as our salesman. He was so professional, warm and very receptive to what we were looking for. Just pick up our 3rd car from Cad. of Mahwah. As usual no surprises, I am quite happy. My new sales person Ashly really knows her Cadillacs she answered all our questions about the options in a way to easily understand. And also thanks to Paul for all his help and directing me to Ashley.

After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. It was a no hassle negotiation that hadn't happened anywhere else. They were able to get the vechicle in a timely fashion. Just an overall good experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was to lease or buy a Cadillac.
