Came for a Eclipse, but spotted the Outlander during paperwork. Forty minutes later I was behind its wheel. Sometimes you just have to stay open - and they never rushed me.

I went in to get a needed oil change and tire rotation. Was told that they were totally booked. When I mentioned we were from Michigan and leaving tomorrow they worked me in. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
