My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

During COVID no-one is driving too far however this XT4 is just what I needed to get me around economically and have some fun doing it. I can pack all my golf gear and anything else I need.

I’ve owned Japanese and German luxury cars. Bought the XT4 to try American luxury. You can find plenty of reviews saying good things and bad things about the XT4. At the end of the day, it is a great car (properly loaded). It is not the best bang for the buck. It is a good bang for the buck. My XT4 is fully loaded, and I’m happy with it.

Called from Augusta Georgia and was inquiring about a Chrysler 300s and they looked out and helped me get into the exact car we wanted and for an incredible price. Unlike all dealerships they are 100 percent up front in everything you don't go expecting one things and get hit with surprises. The finance manager helped me out more than I could ever have imagined and was unexpectedly the upmost honest person I've ever dealt with and fron the minute you get to the lot till when you leave I guarantee you will feel like they want you there and am just not an annoyance like every other place we looked. Everyone from sales to finance made us feel like your leaving there for the best price with the absolute best customer service all around. I can't thank them enough and would recommend to anyone to deal with them. The 2 andba half hour drive was more than worth it and I will be buying from them again and their selection has something for everyone in any price guide your trying to stay in. The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.
