I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

highly recommend Huebner! I went purchased a new 2022 Subaru outback but while looking at the lot I saw the Crosstrek and changed my mind and wanted a Crosstrek. They only had the one on the lot that someone was purchasing. Rob Forbes was able to hold us a Crosstrek that was coming in on the next truck. The Crosstrek was delayed but this was not the dealership fault, they have no control. Rob kept us up to date on the arrival of the Crosstrek. When we went in the paperwork was already setup and ready to sign with finance. Rob took the time to set up all apps on our phones and explain all the bells and whistle of the Crosstrek. We used to have a 2018 Subaru Legacy which we traded in for the Crosstrek. We purchased the Legacy at Huebner whenever we need service, we had no issues getting the car in for service, and They always checked for any warranties. Overall, I highly recommend Huebner as each department works with the customers. I will return to Huebner.

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…
