my sales person was just outstanding, she was very attentive, showed me some things about the care while waiting for finance department. overall I was as pleased with the experience as I could be.

Purchase was great price for a quality auto with many options. Provides a quiet, comfortable ride fo a great price. No quality issues so far. Sapaugh in Herculaneum provides great service that can't be beat.

I haven't had time to get together with the dealership I am hoping to go in this weekend.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Got a great deal on a used car, however they basically snatched my car from under me at a price that was laughable without even asking me. Gigantic misstep and poor practice on their end, but at least the car I ended up with was so vastly superior, I don't really care that much. To be fair, my car did suck, but I know I could've gotten at least 3x the price they paid for it.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! David Ulwelling has the most refreshing approach we've ever experienced. He is honest and straight-forward, helpful, professional, and handles every detail. David makes the buying experience so easy, it becomes effortless. David is customer service, "customer first" in his style. He makes you feel important and as if you, your desires and needs in a vehicle, matter. He will be our sales person from now on. We are newer Cadillac owners but so far love the dependability and reliability of our SRX. We have found that Crest Cadillace of Brookfield is full service and great to deal with.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Did everything as explained with no surprises. Work was done in a timely manner! Found a repair I was unaware of and took care of it saving me a future problem.

Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…
