He does not pressure you. He finds out what you are interested in and why, how will you use it? He then gives you options that are available. He was able to answer all kinds of questions about how the vehicle operated etc. He is so likeable. The day after I brought my pickup home following the on-star module replacement, I noticed some body and paint damage that could only have happened at the dealership. I had no real proof of this, only my word. Rob C inspected my vehicle and told me they would make it right. A week later my pickup looks as good as new and no charge to me. It was kind of sticky at first however, I got it done. I am in a brand new 2025 Nissan rogue with eight hole miles on it. Coulter dealerships have been very good to me with the vehicles I have bought from them in the past. Coulter Cadillac was the best experience yet. I got a great deal and I know it! The deal was mostly done on line and did not change the day the xt6 was picked up. This is not the usual dealership experience. No wonder Coulter has been around for 100 years.
