While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible. Even though we live quite a distance away, I would not hesitate to make the trip to do business with Ocean Cadillac in the future. I just bought my GMC Canyon from Ed Morse GMC, and working with Juan Tabares was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Juan was friendly, honest, and completely transparent — no pressure, no games, just straightforward answers and a smooth process. The whole team was welcoming and knowledgeable, and unlike many dealerships, there was none of that “pushy salesman” vibe. They focused on clarity, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting and that they understood what I wanted. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Juan by name. He’s professional, efficient, and will make sure you leave happy.

My Service Advisor Jose Gonzalez is a Rock Star! He is the reason that I continue to lease at Ed Morse Sawgrass. He is always there to answer any of my questions and address my needs. He is the absolute best!

The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

ARRIVE TO OCEAN CADILLAC . The service was good , they did there job fast. to the comparison to different Cadillac dealers was much better then in those other places. they are very accurate. who attended us was George, great customer service.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me, will definitely recommend Ocean Cadillac to my friends and family. Took my dad for a ride and he loves my new car.
