I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. 3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Absolutely love it. Got the bigger motor and not sorry! Comfortable as ever. Nice sound system and lots of “tech”. Pretty interior and love the exterior paint!

I wish there was an ability to give more than 5 stars. Shawn Biskup and his team in the service department bring new meaning to the term white glove treatment. From the minute you step foot into their department and up to the minute you leave, they keep you informed on your vehicle’s status and truly care about your needs and your happiness. Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Like the Sales department the Service department is great, friendly and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with purchasing from GMC. My kids enjoy the waiting area, very comfortable and kid friendly.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.
