I found the car I was looking for listed on Cars.com located at McDavid Ford in Fort Worth, TX. Luckily I have friends in TX who were able to inspect the vehicle for me. They made contact with salesperson Said, whom was a great help, going over the vehicle with them and letting them test drive it. Said and Jose were so fantastic in helping me go through the purchasing process, from placing a hold on the vehicle to sending the financial paperwork through a notary in CO since I was flying to TX without my spouse. Said and Jose made this out-of-state purchase hassle free.

Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. The entire process was painless, fun and Brian provided concierge level customer service.
