AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Not only that, but he let me take the car that I was purchasing to the bank to apply for this auto loan, That’s not trusted humanity I don’t know what is! This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

Had a brake fluid and coolant flush. They have the right equipment and great technicians to do the job right. I have had air conditioner work done there awhile back and all was good then.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!
