This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

My rear tail light was out so I scheduled my appointment with my advisor Melvin.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

Starting the Day with a wonderful experience. My car needed service and my advisor Ray Garcia was very.. informative on what my vehicle needed and gave me a pamphlet and described the breakdown to me to keep track, love it!! Battery wasn?t installed correctly. I had returned my car to get the battery installation corrected and had to miss work. I was disappointed with the work.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

I have a 2022 Jeep Compass that I am very happy with but was getting frustrated not knowing how to delete map locations! I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! Cara needs to be recognized for her patience and caring! She is a true asset to your organization!!

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Earth's, Yony's professionalism, transparency, accessibility and promptness to questions/concerns was outstanding.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.
