Was super easy to get my Kia Forte in for it's oil change. Was able to call and get it scheduled at midnight by the bot, and had it in the next morning. Only downside if you aren't ready for it, is the wait times. Appointment was for 10am, and I left around noon, so roughly a 2 hour wait. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

We didn?t have to interrupt our super busy schedules to go to the dealership 1 and a half hours away. They were so kind to hold onto the truck when it can In while my my husband was being a baby about not being able to finance it in his name only (That?s what happens when you don?t take care of you finances.) One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!

The XT6 is the perfect family vehicle. All passenger have plenty of leg room, drink holders and power outlets. The exterior is very stylish and we get many compliments each day.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!

AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.
