I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Shaky experience. Very slow response and lack of communication from my service rep, but the service manager ensured that it was a pleasant experience. All of the employees were pleasant and professional.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

Stupid accident brought me to see Mike in the body shop. Second time the garage door gouged the hatch. Mike took the car right away fixed it and cleaned it up better than when I dropped it off. Thanks Mike, great job.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.
