Adrian was very helpful with my purchase. I drove from Burleson to the dealership in Addison. When I arrived, the VW beetle was parked out front ready for me to drive. He let my kids and I get in and do a test drive. There were a few things that I requested to be touched up on the car. I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Great experience, I was nervous to purchase a new vehicle but Aaron got me into exactly what I wanted. Friendly, personable staff helped me into the best loan and I was able to drive home in my new car a couple hours later!

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I have to be honest with you guys. I had the most over top amazing experience. My sales person was Monique and she took the time and listened to everything that I was interested in. It was kind of sticky at first however, I got it done. I am in a brand new 2025 Nissan rogue with eight hole miles on it. I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

I never felt pressured and he listened to all my wants and needs. Usually you only get service like this at Luxury dealerships. I will definitely revisit for my next car buying experience.

Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.

We visited NTX Auto to look at several Audi’s That they had listed on cars.com. Azmat and the manager (I don’t immediately recall his name) We’re very attentive and helpful during our visit… with no high pressure sales tactics. While there, we also had the opportunity to look at a number of other vehicles that had not yet listed on cars.com. While there, we also had an opportunity to see the level of work that they perform in setting cars up for maintenance and addressing anything needed prior to the car being listed for sale. Although the car we came to see, did not have all of the options that we were looking for, prices were VERY reasonable, and they had a good selection of vehicles. Even though they didn’t have the ideal vehicle in stock, they were more than willing to bring in one that would work, even from out of state, to help us find the right vehicle. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy during our visit and, even though we found the ideal vehicle elsewhere, the level of respect was unparalleled compared to other dealers and dealerships that we visited. I highly recommend NTX Auto and will visit them first the next time when I need to purchase a car.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I love my Cadillac now. Don't know how much I'll love it when I have to pay out of pocket for a repair. I really love the Weatherization Package, Sun Roof, Moon roof, and All-Wheel Drive. The only complaint I have is my driver seat is very uncomfortable. The cushion is down to the rails on the seat and I have to add some kind of padding.

My wife and I took our daughter over to purchase a car. It was great experience working with Jim. We will be back.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.
