My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We had heard that Cadillac of Novi had some good prices on XT6s. Our lease on our 2022 Acadia was up and we wanted something of a similar size as the new Acadia was now on a larger platform. We walked in and were met by Matt Lee. Matt was extremely helpful with looking at our options for an XT6. We found a model and color that we liked and we took it for a test drive. We started talking numbers and liked what we heard. We had some time while Matt was running some numbers and so we looked at the other vehicles in the showroom. We saw a very cool Lyric and checked it out. We noticed the sticker was a bit higher than the XT6 so we thought it was out of our price range. Matt came over and walked us through some of the cool features in the Lyric and said he would give us some ballpark pricing because there were some good incentives. We were surprised by how the incentives lowered the price of the car. We had some very straightforward negotiations and Matt found us additional incentives and Matt and the finance manager, Tim Hemingway, came back with very aggressive prices. The figures were better than any I had seen online. Timm was a pleasure to deal with as we signed the lease agreement. Matt and Cadillac of Novi exceeded our expectations. They have taken great care of us and made a usually stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We highly recommend Cadillac of Novi.

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

I recommend the 550T option. What a fun driver. The interior height is low if you have the sun roof option. The new colors are great as well.

Love the style, ride and the ease to learn the technology. Very happy with getting premium performance using regular gas. Plenty of room for all 5 passengers.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.
