Was in town for my sons lacrosse tournament when our 2022 Equinox broke down. Limped it over to your dealership at 7:30 in the morning to hopefully get an idea what was wrong. I was not expecting any miracles especially without a appointment as a matter of fact I figured I would be stuck there a few days until they could get to it. GET THIS...Bryon Steinke(employee of the month) greeted me and listened to my problem even though he was backed up with customers as far as the eye could see. Took my car and said lets see what we can do. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WAIT...it gets better. He called me Monday morning to see if me and my family got home safely!!!! Who is this guy and where did you find him because there is nobody in customer service like him any more!!! Can't say "thank you" enough times for what he did for us, that is a great employee you have there and you are a great dealership!!

I sold this to Cadillac. It was a very nice ride with lots of Carbon fiber. Almost stock, because i wanted to keep it close to original as i could. Has extra parts n peices wrap in Alcantara that aren't in other Cts-v'3. Always taken to Cadillac for any repairs also. Don't let the miles scare you. I like fun, fast cars but this one was never track or street raced. I just enjoyed it. Only reason i sold it is because i got a GTR for actually going to the track. Hopes this helps with anyone with questions about the history on this one.

There what is the miscommunication between the sales people and the manager David Love and I got pretty upset about it because it was not what we agreed upon and I put a deposit down and we kind of talked back-and-forth and he called me back and said that he was going to refund my deposit in so he did right by me and that’s very rare in this world and so I recommend this dealership highly just for this.

I have owned two xlr' s to date and now planning on moving up to the V. Procrastinated several years considering the cost of the higher-octane fuel required by the V. Retired now so don't plan to drive so much, I am going to keep the 2007 limited edition base (250 made) I have now so I can still ride in stile on regular gas. The 2007 has 63K on it I have put brake pads on the front and replaced the AC compressor. You would do that with any car. The top is an engineering marvel. Everyone who has commented on the car thought it was new, OK, maybe not everyone, there are a few who know the car, all are envious. Such a hoot coming out of a store knowing you get to drive off in the best-looking car in the whole parking lot. Fun to drive is a gross understatement. For me, there was no need to put the super charger on this car. At a buck thirty, I got scared of what would happen if I hit a deer, it was still climbing when I backed out of it. I also have the 2002 red with black interior Eldo.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!
