Excellent service! It took less time than was expected. I received a complimentary car wash eventhough I just had my car in for a recall of an airbag. I do however need to return since they did not have the parts for the brake system recall.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. I walked in not wanting a large payment with not so good credit, I drove many cars over the course of about 3 hours, John was my salesman and was incredibly patient with my indecision. He pulled about a half a dozen of cars for me before I decided on the one I purchased. The finance Dept was incredibly helpful and I ended up with a much lower rate than I expected. They have a wide selection of vehicles as far as pricing, make and model, I could have left with a Ford Fiesta or a Bentley.. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I purchased vehicle use. I had car for four months,so far iam satisfied with it ,previously own ct6.i was concern about transmission problems. Think previous owner had cadillac, to fix problem. Car has plenty,power.

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

All our questions were answered and they made purchasing a car a pleasant and relaxed experience. Never hovering or pushing. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Enjoyed the car, met my basic needs, and got solid gas mileage along the way. Reasonably reliable for the age with no major problems. Air suspension did fail eventually, however replacing the shocks was very easy.

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

Normally I have used a competitor Chevy dealer but needed a repair done. They got my car in and out and fixed within the same day. Greg H is the best mechanic thanks for everything!

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.
