I found the personnel at international auto to be very friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our salesperson being out of office and getting someone else to help us when we needed it. The actual car buying process, once we got to that point, was well handled and professional.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Jorge is just a GEM. Im not sure what levels of management you have but he should be at the top. Here's why, he is informative, honest, respectful, and always willing to help. He's been a light on some of the toughest days, and I appreciate his compassion with everyone that comes into Audi. His passion for what he does has spread to others. Please, highlight Jorge. A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I purchased the CT6 Luxury AWD new in 2017. I haven't had any issues at all. I love the double sunroof and the 360 camera view. But what I am really upset about is GM discontinued this model. It is an awesome driving car and I won't be getting rid of it anytime soon.
