Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Super friendly, they make it a pleasure to buy a used car. I worked out the price for the vehicle by texting with them. Then I went in to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. They didn’t change the price like other car dealers I have dealt with. And with their financing I got a great interest rate. While I was filling out the paperwork. They went and filled the gas tank and re cleaned the car. I don’t think I will ever buy anywhere else. Oh! I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

Nissan had incentives for buying out my current lease. The upgrade/sales team were very helpful in completing my deal. I'll be back to visit them when I want to trade in my vehicle for a new one.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

I actually purchased my 2014 ATS 2.0T awd Luxury on eBay in Sep of 2019. The car had 55k and I won the auction at $8400! So for me, this was, and remains the best purchase I’ve ever made. Despite having a salvage title, the car looked great, and performed flawlessly. I’m currently at 112500 miles and I’ve only had to replace the radiator expansion tank (common issue easily resolved for less than $150 and under an hour DIY. My experience was $88 parts and 30 minutes to replace.). When it came time for brake pad replacement, I decided to switch out the 4 rotors for drilled/slotted, but this was just to get a sportier look, all it really needed was the brake pads replaced. I’ve changed the oil every 4 - 5k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic. Just remembered that I had to replace the CUE screen as well, this was $120 parts and 90 minutes DIY. Plenty of YouTube videos to walk anyone through it. As of right now, the automatic transmission is shifting somewhat hard, both up and down, and this seems to come and go. My plan is to have a local shop do a transmission flush and replace the filter. Hopefully that works. The other issue that seems to come and go is the mixing box for the front passenger vents, sometimes it only blows hot air. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my ATS. At the time I purchased it I was just simply looking for a somewhat sporty all-wheel-drive vehicle so I could go visit my son in Colorado during snowboarding season. My car is made several trips up there and handles excellent in the snow. Overall, I love the look of the car from every angle. My example is Red Obsession Tintcoat with Black wheels. I deleted the chrome trim around the windows using plasti dip. This was a personal preference, I then added chrome, spike style lug, nuts, lol to accent the door handles. This car has been wonderful to me and these five years of ownership. Pros: Appearance Performance (Beat a 2017 Hemi Charger equipped with exhaust and several bolt ones.) Reliability Brand Recognition Comfort for driver and FRONT passenger Cons; Premium Fuel. (It says recommended, but the consensus from all the owners forums is to only use 91 minimum. Standard headlights weren’t enough for me. I replaced with LEDs for under $100 on Amazon. Rear passenger access/egress and comfort is lacking, despite having a four door sedan. No spare tire. Sticker price of 40 K when new in 2014 seems more than a little high, definitely worth picking up a used example. Maybe you’ll get as lucky as I did.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

Lenny was a great service leader. His kindness and willingness to spend time with us so we would understand what services would be done and what is wrong with our car was very personalized and friendly. He is an asset to the service department and knowledgeable. He is one of the reasons we will return. The timely manner we also had all the service done was quick and not unreasonable for the things we needed to have done to our car.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Camaro today and we love it. The car is clean and smooth and the price was just right as well.
