I bought a certified used 2015 Cadillac and worked with Brandon Oxier, what a delightful young man to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the offer for my trade in and the whole process was pretty much no-stress. The car I purchased was priced on-point and competitive with all the research I did. Given that this car is 10 years newer than my previous car, there is a lot of new technology to learn. Anytime I have a question Brandon is more than happy to get on the phone with this old dog and walk me through the new tricks. Buying certified also has given me additional perks with Cadillac ownership, so I'm very pleased with the car, the dealer and the dealership.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This dealership is one of the few that will treat you well like a human being and not like a walking check. I've had bad experiences in the past with dealers but this one blew my expectations out of the water. They are welcoming, kind, honest and energetic. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

All departments were very easy to deal with. Dealership had a vast majority of cars too chose from. Showroom was clean and staff was very friendly.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Working with Brandon Ozier was a good experience purchasing a used CT6. It was done quickly - 5 days start/finish. I came from out of town and he accommodated my schedule. The negotiation was fair. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

I had spotted a very low mileage 2020 XT5 on the Camaro web site on Sunday night. On Monday I was on the road from South Carolina. When the dealership opened I called and talked with Jim Toner telling him that I wanted to put a hold on the car until I could get to the dealership the following day. Jim went above and beyond that day contacting my financial institute and working with me on the phone to hold the car until I could get there. Upon arrival on Tuesday the entire purchase was very smooth because of Jim Toner. Was only in the dealership for one hour before driving my new car home. This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.
