The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

I drove from far to see a Tesla that was sold before I got there. I was frustrated at first but Ms. Felicia the customer relations manager stepped in and genuinely was apologetic I wanted to make things right I appreciate her sincerity and she sent me over to the Orlando location where I bought my new Tesla with Eddie. Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Great vehicle loved it all 10 yrs I owned it however this specific vehicle in port Huron at Cawood Honda is garbage. Good deal if there wasn't over $2000 in repairs needed to drive it off the lot. Being a mechanic I suggest not buying it.

After in-depth discussions with Bud (Mgr.) obtaining information with specific directed pictures obtained related to this vehicle with all the vehicle history (CARFAX) I decided I wanted to make the purchase, all questions related to the vehicle were answered to my satisfaction , arrangements were made to transport the vehicle to my residence. I can honestly say the vehicle met (exceeded) all my expectations . I would admit buying a car sight unseen is something I would not recommend for everyone however in my case I felt Bud was being very honest and forthright in all our exchanges. This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

I travel over 50 miles to this particular dealership mainly because Bryan Hutchinson is very honest and knows his Kia's in detail. When I call him he asks questions and when I get to the dealer, he has narrowed down to one or two of exactly what fits my needs, taste and budget. So I won't go anywhere else. If he'd move to another dealer, I would follow him as long as he is with a Kia dealer. Love him & also the warranty and the value for my money. What is there not to like?

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

This car meets all my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compare to other cars I tested. Very safe on highways, excellent performance. Has 3 USB ports.
