We were very pleased by the professionalism and kindness of Pedro Lopez. He was not the typical sleezy car sales person you imagine to encounter. He was fair (i guess as fair as it could be considering it is a car purchase) very knowledgeable and patient. And the car dealership is very conveniently located! Bring a sweater it gets cold in there!

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Let me start by saying that was from a phone call is where it begin, I placed the call and Leor answered I told him what I noticed online and he said can you come on down I said it will little late for me because I was in West Palm Beach he said come on I wait for you. I did get a little lost getting there, I made it so happened Leor was with another customer but he didn’t leave me hanging he sent Emanuel to assist me and he did a excellent job, the car that I looked at wasn’t what I wanted the color I thought it was, I was little disappointed but Emmanuel said I think we have another one and it is red I said ok let me see it, at first look he couldn’t find it but he said come here let me show you why I didn’t see it, look up!! there nice candy apple red Cadillac waiting for someone to test it and I did and fall in Love with it. The process from beginning to the end its been nothing but a pleasure. Started with phone call with friendly salesman, very easy to navigate for a test drive which I chose 2 cars to see very happy with Leor and Emmanuel work as a team to make me happy. They was amazing from finish to end. I was blown away!! Wow, When they said they would deliver the car WoW all the way to Belle Glade they said Yes that was amazing. I felt so Special even though they do it for other but for me. The service was incredible, they brought it to me the next day and I was so excited to see them but They Did forget to bring a bow for me to take a picture 🥹 I hope and pray that I can continue doing business there. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I called about a battery for my Cadillac SUV in a Saturday afternoon thinking they would be closed they weren’t. Anwar Answered the phone was pleasant and super helpful he told me they had my battery in stock quoted a price and they could install it today in 2 hours or less. They installed it in an hour or less and for a cheaper price even. He even helped set up my Sirius Xm radio and told me they can take my car max care so I’m elated with Vera and Anwar. They treated me right when I was in a pinch! Highly recommend them!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

No repairs required runs great beautiful design brakes are squeaking seems to be stalling when going basic speed. Love the interior exterior design comfortable ride

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.
