The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.

Great vehicle loved it all 10 yrs I owned it however this specific vehicle in port Huron at Cawood Honda is garbage. Good deal if there wasn't over $2000 in repairs needed to drive it off the lot. Being a mechanic I suggest not buying it.

In my 20s, I had a 2005 Cadillac CTS in red. It was a wonderful car—super fast, and I loved driving it. It was both sleek and powerful, and honestly, that car was my world. I regret not keeping it, even though it needed thousands in repairs. Fast forward to today, and I have another Cadillac. She’s beautiful, but she’ll never be my first love.

Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

Really nice lot with amazing low mileage options. A range of car models and years. Had a lovely conversation with my salesman about my options based on my needs in a car (1 hour drive to work daily), and got a 2016 Toyota Camry!

This has been a GREAT car. I'll miss it.This only reason I'm selling it is, I don't have a need for it any longer. It's got some extras included. Full size spare, car cover, Draw-tite hitch.

Writing this review in 2025 when this Escalade is 21 years old. Good 5.3 motor with 121k miles, regular oil changes. Maintenance kept up with. Second owner. A great SUV, very comfortable seats! Looking to upgrade but with prices on newer years I may be keeping. This Escalade exceeded my expectations since I usually get a newer car every few years. It’s like a member of the family!

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. My salesman Chris went above and beyond with getting me in this car and even fixed the air conditioner on another vehicle I drove there to buy this car! I’ve never had that happen before. My future car purchases will be with him and this dealership!

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

I have owned many cars--both old and new-- in my lifetime and the only comparable one to this one is the 1979 Cadillac Seville I purchased in 1980. I was lucky to find a 2013 2nd Gen Luxury trim model with only 11000 miles on it last summer and hesitated because although it looked showroom new, it was 9 years old. Best buy I ever made--it has everything on it anyone could want and drives like a dream. Comfort, styling, convenience, power, and so far reliability. I wish I could find a new one, but the closest is the CT6 and it is not half the car.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

I had a new 2011 CTS coupe back in 2011. Loved the car and always regretted not keeping it. Recently bought a super low mileage 2014 and still think it is probably the best all-around car I've ever had. That includes Mercedes and Porsches. Terrific combination of ride and handling. Are there better handling cars? Of course, but they ride like a truck. The super smooth and quiet 318 HP V6 moves the car very impressively. The fit and finish in the interior is as good as it gets. I read a previous post where an owner was complaining about differential failure and that the diff had been discontinued. I think he is probably misinformed. A manufacturer cannot discontinue a key component like a differential only a year or two after supplying it in a vehicle. Federal law mandates that replacement parts have to be available for ten years after being used in a new car.

The staff is amazing and very helpful! We will be back! The car has been great and very clean inside and out. We are very happy with the purchase.

As soon as you get in, you melt into the seat. Handling, steering and comfort is top notch. A lot of things going on with the command center, but I'll learn it. The sound system is pretty nice with different choices on the equalizer. I haven't pushed the engine, but you can feel the power when you accelerate. Lots of storage in the back and a cargo cover. This is my first Cadillac and I couldn't be happier.

The gas mileage is not good. My headlight went bad The mechanic says These cars are bad for the baluster going out. The wheels sounds squeaky.
