I had an excellent experience with having my car repaired at Ingersoll Chevy. My car was diagnosed and repaired as promised. The whole service department was friendly and knowledgeable.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

Very fast friendly response from internet manager letting me know they just took a deposit and the car I asked about was no longer available. Didn’t push anything else which is nice.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I love this car. It has fast acceleration, luxury ride many safety features that even made my insurance cost decrease. And the work well. It reminds my of My 1989 Pontiac Bonniville SSE. Powerful Luxury

We went to D'addario's about a used Volkswagen SUV. I worked with Ed and he was phenomenal! Never made us feel pressured and the dealership worked with us on getting into the car at the price we wanted. Would highly recommend.

The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

Just had the best dealership experience anyone can possibly have, usually you need to go back and forth and back and forth, try and wheel and deal, you receive misinformation on the car or something shady. In a nutshell the car was as described, and the dealership took care of some other loose ends to make the deal push through rather quickly and painlessly. Lucinda was the salesperson I dealt with that made this experience the best one I've had. Pepe Cadillac will definitely be an option when we look for our next automobile.

It was a long wait to receive my car but so worth it. The ride is smooth and very quiet. I love my car and highly recommend it. Seat adjustments are comfortable and work well, even fitting a short person like myself. Reverse camera is a wide and realistic coverage, very helpful. Cruise control is a bit different but easy to learn. I suggest, if possible, a spot to set a purse so as not to entwine with legs. Console is larger for necessary documents and very convenient. At first, I detected a swagger in back but now it is not as prevalent, possibly my adjustment to the vehicle.

Purchased the SUV in 2014 with 49k miles on it. Dealer replaced front and rear shocks, at 100k I replaced the shocks again. My biggest issue with these vehicles today and not just GM SUVs is the non-reliability of those costly parts. At the dealer you may pay $3,500 or more for shocks, at the Benz dealer a air rear shock will cost you $3,800 for one. Buying a SUV used with high mileage you will be looking at replacing these type of items.
