Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.

Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

I contacted them on a Friday night about an F150 that I really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it! I could not have asked for a better experience. The 5 hour drive was well worth it.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

If you’re looking for a very comfortable full-size Family SUV this is the one for you! The ESV has so much more room behind the seats for groceries and shopping, etc.than the standard size! We have the standard size and there was barely enough room to cut a case of soda behind the seat. There is plenty of storage for shopping, etc. The backseats come out easily you can haul anything that a pick up truck would haul except it is inside abs out of the weather! It is loaded with so many nice features and convenience. The ride on the Cadillac Escalade platinum is the best you can imagine. You cannot feel the transmission shifting, and it is so smooth and quiet! Entertainment provided in the SUV is so nice! You can watch DVDs listen to CDs or play games easily from your own private port. The sound system is amazing! There’s a total of four monitors! Plus, there is availability of using four headphones for each individual to do their own private listening whether a game or watching TV, etc. Cadillac Escalade platinum ESV has towing capability and a robust 6.2 later engine with more power than you can imagine! It has heated and cold cup powder, as well as all kept seats are heated and cooled and the steering is heated and cooled! You also have availability of automatic bright lights while driving at night. This is a big beneficial feature. The gas mileage is good for such a nice big SUV with all these features going upwards to 17 mpg and over! I am sure you will not be disappointed with the selection of this if you want something for comfort and reliability plus amazing style. Safe and comfort is very reliable in this full size family SUV! All passengers will be extremely comfortable

We bought a Lexus from this dealership yesterday, and they are a dream to work with compared to other car dealerships. Everyone is super helpful, patient and efficient. There is nothing worse than sitting in a dealership for hours upon hours to purchase a vehicle. They have streamlined the process and it is the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. There are a few dents in the car that I did not see, but when my husband noticed them, they were super quick to let us know they would get them fixed for us. I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Easy process with no haggle pricing. The dealership had the price broken down, and did not throw in a bunch of add-ons. It made the experience much more pleasant.

My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I found the personnel at international auto to be very friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our salesperson being out of office and getting someone else to help us when we needed it. The actual car buying process, once we got to that point, was well handled and professional.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Purchased this 16 YEAR OLD car on 1-20-2016 with 111,000 mileage for $9000. Now has 188,000 miles on it. Had one repair for $2,900 and two around $2,000 since then related to engine performance (flywheel..yikes!) but factor in cheap insurance with NO LOAN PAYMENTS for years, i've actually OWNED this car for years. Book value is close to nothing but mechanical value is priceless at this point. Plan to run it to the ground or perhaps recondition it at this point. Would like to keep it till it hits 250K if possible just for fun and gigills.
