I purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala Premier on 9/17. I can not express how I felt buying this car! First, Greg Zimmer treated me as if I was buying a brand new Cadillac. If you are purchasing a car at Crest Cadillac I strongly recommend going to Greg Zimmer. Greg exceeded my expectations due to the excellent service we received from Him. He went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. For example, taking my many calls on his own time at night at home to answer questions without rushing me or making me feel uneasy. The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Just putting my 2 cents in. I have been going to Crest for almost 22 years. The Service Dept and Sales Team have always been top notch. If there's a problem they go above and beyond. I never felt like I was being talked down to and if I didn't understand something, staff go to great lengths to answer any question I might have. I appreciate being treated like family. It's like a have an 'Uncle' in the business.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.
