Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

It was a really good experience even though I did not buy a vehicle there. K the salesman was great! No B.S.! I was going to come back to take a truck for a drive and he let me know that the truck was only 2wd and I wanted 4wd so he saved me from wasting my time and his. I want to mention the service rep I’ve dealt with my last 2 visits to Lannan Woburn. Joe Juliano went above and beyond both times. He went through every single problem, what the solution would be, and the cost. He made sure I got the most use out of my warranty and got me home. I don’t even care that I won’t have my car until Monday (there was lots wrong with it) because I am confident he is taking care of everything

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Larry Marcus was our sales consultant and Kendra Milan was our Finance Manager on our visit . From the time my wife and I walked in Larry us made feel at ease. Working thru the sales process with Larry was very smooth. We never felt any pressure during the time we were with him. He was very knowledgeable about the Acadia we were looking to purchase. When we were first looking at the vehicle he answered all of our questions. When it was time to leave with our new Acadia he took time to review the features of the vehicle before we left. He helped us set up some of the technology features during that time. Kendra Milan made the financing part of the purchase very easy. She was was very helpful and knowledgable going over all the paperwork necessary to purchase a new vehicle. Like Larry there was no pressure at all while working with Kendra. We were very impressed that we could come in and leave with a new vehicle on the same day. My wife and I agreed that this was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. My first Cadillac purchase was a pleasure in 2020 with salesperson Dave Robinson. I have been having my oil changed a few times since then. Renata in the service dept was great and the waiting area is comfortable with workstations, water, coffee, and snacks. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

They contacted me immediately for an appointment for a test drive. Very polite and professional. I had to cancel due to a snowstorm but rescheduled easily and politely. Two days later I received a call that the car sold. So my experience was strictly with phone calls but Was a very positive impression.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter!
