I was in the market for a "new" Used vehicle and found exactly what I wanted at Parker Cadillac. From the second we pulled up to the dealer someone was there to greet us. I never felt pressured to purchase at all, and the salesman I dealt with was friendly and honest, which is rare for a salesman. I told him my budget and where I wanted to keep my payments and he told me honestly there was no way I could get into a 2020 model Cadillac with everything I wanted and keep my payments below $400. I appreciated his honesty so much, that when I am ready to get that brand new Cadillac, you can guarantee I'm going to Parker Cadillac!

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I bought my first car here in 2020 and had no issues until it was totaled recently. Needing a new car, I immediately thought of this location. Garrett introduced himself and was friendly and quick to help. Though I can be indecisive, he wasn’t pushy and gave me his card when I decided not to purchase a car that day. When time was running out, I found a Jeep on the website, texted Garrett, and he responded right away. Despite a snowstorm in Little Rock, he had me test-driving the Jeep within an hour. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I had been looking for a 1997 Ford F150 for several months. I saw on one of their adds, they had what I was looking for. I called and made an appointment. I live in north Arkansas, so I wanted to make sure it had not been sold. The salesman was very nice, no pressure. He gave me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive. I liked the truck. I told him I would be back the next morning with me wife. Once again, no pressure, and he told me that would be fine. I came back the next day with my wife and after just a few minutes, we agreed on a price. We finished the paper work in about 30 minutes and then I drove my new used truck home. Normally shopping and buying a new vehicle is like going to the dentist, a painful experience, but buying this truck at Bryant Auto Sales, it was not the case. The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

We were on our first foad trip with our new to us Cadillac XT4, and noticed a significant transmission leak. Googled Cadillac dealers and Parker Cadillac popped up. They got the car right in and diagnosed that it had an axle seal leaking. But the warranty had expired one day earlier. Not only did they have the part, but got installed and covered under warranty within a couple hours and we were back on the road! As a retired collision tech, I have worked for multi dealerships throughout my career. And with us being from out of town with transmission issues, I could only imagine the worst case scenario. But Lily and the team at Parkers did an amazing job and went far above and beyond what we could have ever expected. I only wish they were located in my home state of Michigan, so we could continue to do business with them. Thanks to Lily and the team at Parkers, our vacation was saved!

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.

We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.
