Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

This suv is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great exterior and interior appearance. The ride is smooth and very comfortable. The features of this vehicle are just what I wanted.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I worked with Thomas for a car battery issue and he was on it pretty quick. Gave the battery a good test to make sure there weren't any other issues. He offered me a great deal on the battery and installation. He reminded me of some of the overdue services the car needs which I'm planning on doing very soon.. Thank you for your help and services.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I can honestly say that our experience could not have been any better. This is the 3rd car that we have gone through Mike Moursy,and he is excellent at his job.He is knowledgeable, personable , informative, and honest. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I have 22,000 miles so far with no significant issues. I love the exterior looks but the interior leaves alot to be desired, cheap materials,lackluster layout and a small screen. I knew about all of this prior to purchasing. The good,low cost of maintenance compared to other vehicles in the category, vehicle uses regular gas not premium like the others. My past experience with cadillacs assures me of getting over a 150,000 mostly trouble free miles.

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!
