We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

He was knowledgeable about what my EV would need and clearly explained what the visit would involve. The visit was faster than expected, and communication was top-notch. I had my vehicle in prior, to another Chevrolet dealer with less than stellar service, so this is now my go-to for service. Highly recommend!

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

Yes, I had a very good experience at Sam Galloway?s dealership in Fort Myers ,Florida. They did quite a bit of work on my vehicle which was unexpected because I was just there to get the recall work completed and oil change and air filter for engine and all three wipers changed out? But needed replacement work on CV drive axle and boot. And I very much appreciated all the work and all the explanation of the work that needed to be done and the costs beforehand.. Tina, the service representative had done a fabulous job of getting all the costs and pictures of all the work that needed to be completed on my vehicle and came to me each time and explained everything very well and was very patient with my decisions? Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..
