The location and facility are not your latest state of the art facility, but Mike and Ed are long time car business pros who look for high end quality cars. My experience was overall very positive and the car was just as good as advertised. There was no haggle on price. The trade in value and asking price were both fair. I got a great 2015 BMW with low miles and will certainly be happy to make another deal with Pro Auto in the future.

I am a proud owner of a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq which I picked up a week ago. It took a while to finally get this new model but it was worth the wait. It is a wonderful car. From the beginning of the sales process Dave Mandra was an enormous help in working with me on the order, updating me on the order process over a number of months an assuring me that the Lyriq would be an exception EV. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.
