On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We own 3 of these xt5’s and absolutely love the comfort, value, and dealer experience. The high end feel, functionality, and fuel economy is the complete package.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Back in early July 2024 I visited Findlay Henderson Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue. My intial experience wasn't the best, however, a manager followed up, called me, listened to my issue, apologized for my experience and invited to returen to view more Rogues. I bought my 2019 xt4 over one year ago with 21K miles now have 30k miles - no problems at all. Runs beautifully, always reliable and very pretty in the red.

Have the extended warranty, and I had an oil leak, leaking motor mounts, and a bad thermostat @ 108,000 miles. They are taking care of the problem (minus the deductible), and the service representative, Britton, is great. He is very good at communicating what has been going on, and I appreciate all of his help very much. I had been questioning myself if the warranty was worth it, but I am so glad I had it. So far, so good for the repairs. Just got it back yesterday, but it seems good.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs and it is probably the most underrated vehicle in existence. During these same periods we leased 2 BMWs and one Jaguar. None were better then the Cadillacs in any way. All of these cars spent time in the shop. The first BMW on this list spent months away from us because of a problem they could not figure out. Anyway, the Cadillacs had oil changes and a few flat tires. No shop time. The fist and third were 6 cylinders(which got no specific reason I preferred) and the other was a turbo 4. All delivered excellent performance and reasonable economy in the 22-25 MPG range. The electronics are intuitive, stereo is superior, handling and breaking excellent as is the handling. My leade expired and Cadillac doesn’t make a coupe anymore, so I bought the car. Not expecting any issues.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Meet up with Pedro salesman at the store. Showed me the car. Offered me coffee / something to drink. Walked in this fabulous showroom. It’s a wow moment. I sat I very comfy lounge chair like. Pedro walked to the managers booth I say to my self omg here comes the game dealers will tire you out. The waiting game!!!!! But nope Pedro was back in less than 5 mins. Showed me numbers and we were almost done in less than 10 mins. It was very fast and straight to the point. I asked for a purchase copy to bring to my credit union and I was done in less than 30 mins. That’s record breaking experience. You guys do very good customer service!!! Hats off also to Rueben sales mgr. Came out to talk to me just to make sure that everything was okay. I left that wonderful showroom feeling good. I said to myself that’s the first time I’m leaving a dealership that I don’t have to take TUMS. If you’re in the market of buying a car I definitely give these place a 777 grade! I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.
