The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!

We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.
