I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I am thrilled about driving this car and I know I won't regret it.

ME AND MY HUSBAND DROVE 4 HOURS FROM WARSAW INDIANA TO PURCHASE A 2013 CHEVROLET EQUINOX & SEAN N CHRIS KNEW WE WERE COMING AND SAVED THE VEHICLE FOR US AND HAD IT DETAILED N READY TO GO WHEN WE GOT THERE. SEAN WAS LITERALLY THE BEST CAR SALESMAN WE HAVE EITHER DEALT WITH. NOT PUSHY, UNDERSTANDING, PATIENT, FUN TO CHAT WITH. LITERALLY ALL AROUND GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. MANAGER CHRIS WAS AWESOME AND WORKED HIS MAGIC ON GETTING ME APPROVED WITH FAIR CREDIT AND LOW INCOME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FUN TO CHAT WITH. MIKE MADE SURE I HAD A FULL TANK OF GAS TO GET HOME. GREAT GUY AND FUN TO CHAT WITH AS WELL. THEY WERE ALL GREAT TO WORK WITH AND MADE MY 1ST TIME FINANCING A VEHICLE A BREEZE. WE PLAN ON COMING BACK TO GET MY 18 YR OLD DAUGHTER A VEHICLE LIKE MINE. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PRECISE MOTORS TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. Started with credit on the website, then a phone call, then to the lot to see the car we talked about. No BS here was honest with them about my credit and trade and we worked out a deal on a Lexus with less than 54,000mi. I might drive this car for the next 10 years, well we'll see about that. Anyway I dealt with Kevin, John and Wael and it did take a little time but without a doubt they gave me the attention others didn't. Truth is I had my eye on a couple of there cars and we could have had a deal. Very happy with the one I have though.

Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

My husband and I was wanting to purchase a Toyota truck but wasn't in a hurry. Driving buy we seen one and stopped. Sean greeted us with a big smile, you could tell he was a people person. We looked at one and wanted to see more. He said we have numerous more in our back lot, he started pulling them up on his phone and when we liked one he drove it around for us, so we didn't have to do any walking. Then we went inside and Nathan had us financed and driving away in less than 30 mins. The interest rate was unbelievable, so the payment was less than we planned. He asked us what we wanted to put down. We walked out with a package that covered 2 yrs/26 thou miles. Customer service is very rare to find anymore, but this Dealership has the friendliest staff. Even the 4 paws associate Gunner was exceptionally friendly. Very comfortable doing business.
