I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

I had a walk in oil change done at Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. Service advisor was friendly , knowledgeable and the service department was also very quick, earlier than promised. We have all of Prius service work done here, we’ve had no problems.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have owned two xlr' s to date and now planning on moving up to the V. Procrastinated several years considering the cost of the higher-octane fuel required by the V. Retired now so don't plan to drive so much, I am going to keep the 2007 limited edition base (250 made) I have now so I can still ride in stile on regular gas. The 2007 has 63K on it I have put brake pads on the front and replaced the AC compressor. You would do that with any car. The top is an engineering marvel. Everyone who has commented on the car thought it was new, OK, maybe not everyone, there are a few who know the car, all are envious. Such a hoot coming out of a store knowing you get to drive off in the best-looking car in the whole parking lot. Fun to drive is a gross understatement. For me, there was no need to put the super charger on this car. At a buck thirty, I got scared of what would happen if I hit a deer, it was still climbing when I backed out of it. I also have the 2002 red with black interior Eldo.

Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!
