No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

Worked with Ryan Ford on getting the new CT5 Picked up. ABOVE and BEYOND what was needed to be done. Showed the whole car; the features were explained and the upgrades and new additions to car. Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We had heard that Cadillac of Novi had some good prices on XT6s. Our lease on our 2022 Acadia was up and we wanted something of a similar size as the new Acadia was now on a larger platform. We walked in and were met by Matt Lee. Matt was extremely helpful with looking at our options for an XT6. We found a model and color that we liked and we took it for a test drive. We started talking numbers and liked what we heard. We had some time while Matt was running some numbers and so we looked at the other vehicles in the showroom. We saw a very cool Lyric and checked it out. We noticed the sticker was a bit higher than the XT6 so we thought it was out of our price range. Matt came over and walked us through some of the cool features in the Lyric and said he would give us some ballpark pricing because there were some good incentives. We were surprised by how the incentives lowered the price of the car. We had some very straightforward negotiations and Matt found us additional incentives and Matt and the finance manager, Tim Hemingway, came back with very aggressive prices. The figures were better than any I had seen online. Timm was a pleasure to deal with as we signed the lease agreement. Matt and Cadillac of Novi exceeded our expectations. They have taken great care of us and made a usually stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We highly recommend Cadillac of Novi.

I just want to say that working with Eric Boitos to purchase the 2023 Cadillac CT5 that I just got was a great experience. Eric was a professional in all ways. Timely responded every time. I have dealt with a lot of sales people over the years and Eric is at the top of the best.

The best car I have driven in many many years. I feel very safe in this vehicle. I love the power it has without hesitation. The info tainment is easy to learn and fun, and I love love love the Bose speakers and the ride is so smoooooth, like floating on a cloud, just watch your front in when a huge dip is in front of you the front end is low. I was also impressed with the lock out lug nuts, which was a total surprize to me but what an awesome thing to be on a vehicle, im impressed. The moon roof makes you feel as tho you really are on a cloud and you can touch the stars. Everyone remember no car is perfect but this one is at the Top of the list of vehicles to own. I have driven a lot of new vehicles of all shapes and sizes all basic and luxury and premiums, but nothing compares to my XT6 sport addition the red brake pads stand out ladies so if your driving one of these you will get a lot of attention from gentlemen. Only draw back is it depreciates in value way too much to fast and the insurance is high but it is all worth it to know you are in a safe zone while driving in all conditions. Drives fantastic in the rain. I bought the blue one and I couldn't go anywhere without some one complimenting me on my car. I have met a lot of people while owning my car but no proposals yet. Lol 😁 I really can't say enough about this car, it's like finally Cadillac made all my dreams come true and then some and they have won a life long customer. Keep it up Cadillac but don't forget the poor man's budget. We all need a well rounded vehicle that can sustain us for years. My thanks goes out to you. Sincerely Kim Watts

I work the GM for a few years my dad retired from GM after 32 years I started doing mechanical work on cars my dad I picked out a Cadillac 2007 DTS for him and it was on the lot in 2009 when he went and got it didn't have any miles on it I told him to trim little trim the best Cadillac in the world get it you got it he had it from 2009 until he passed 2014 and then I paid it off for my mom and she kept her 2023 last year when she passed and then became my car it's a beautiful car I've never had to replace one thing except for a headlight and it's easy you do not have to take off the bumper you have to loosen it up and you have to turn the light on a slight angle to take it out and it comes right out and I replaced that ball twice once for my dad and once for myself turn out you want to take it off and then mechanic for 20 years of killings it is a beautiful car ride for the dream I love it I'll never get rid of it I don't drive in the winter time just to summertime !

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!

Better then a corvette, I have owned many vetted. The v coupe I own the very best, hands down. Ride, performance, looks, style, they are limited in production, they hold value. Much better. If you break them, and repair needed, BRING YOUR WALLET, NOT CHEAP.

The write-up desks were in a separate office out of the cold unlike at other dealers which were warm and quiet. The writer kept me informed while the work was being completed. The cashier was also attentive and pleasant.

A 1993. Bought at end of 2019 w/112k for a good price. Car was in good shape, i.e. no head gasket issues minor oil leaks. After flushing the cooling system changing the belts & hoses & fluids, I drove it for the next 2years without issue. Last year (at 126K) new rad., coolant cross-over and water pump. Now it runs perfectly. Issues: Complicated top that needs a specialist to adjust to work easily. Now have 131k. Positives: stunning to look at (head-turner), fast for an early 90's car (0-60, 6.2, 1/4 mile 14.8 and a Cadillac claimed 241kph top), very nice interior for the time. A hybrid (Italo-American) at a very nice price.

Awesome car. 2007 Base in 'passion red' # 225 of 250. First roadster I've ever owned, so I can say its the best I've ever owned. Purchased last year with 98k miles and the car runs and drive like new. Everything works (for now) its been a lot of fun getting to know it.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

We drove 1 hour to Feldman Chevrolet on Saturday already having a bad experience trying to buy a car from another dealer the day before. So, we went in with low expectations simply hoping to make it a quick process so we could leave with a vehicle without the hassle. From the very moment we stepped foot inside the door, Marc whisked us to his desk apologizing for our previous bad experience. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the vehicle that we wanted AND that we had a good experience. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.
