AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

Negotiated over text message in a very professional, fair, and responsive manor allowing me to trade in my existing vehicle at a fair value for a CPO Escalade. I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

Marsha Ashley, finance manager, couldn?t have made the purchase any smoother or easier to go through. Last car, she gave me such good advice for purchasing an extra warranty package. I can?t tell you how many times I thanked her in my head! This time around, that was my first question- do they still have the extra warranty? The answer was yes!!! Purchased that with no hesitation. Marsha really looks out for the customer?s best interest. Let?s not forget to mention Dirk Miller, service advisor, who will always fit you in and make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. He was instrumental in getting my running boards on so I could pick the car up a day early. On another occasion, he gave me his personal cell phone number to help me with a flat tire situation. Tire was unavailable and he told me to call him if I got stuck and he would send the Calvary. It was such piece of mind but thank goodness the tire lasted for one more day. What employee would do this for a customer? He?s a true gentleman and gracious example of how people should treat others! I?m sooooooo happy with Cury. I always brag about my gem of a dealership!

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

I have been shopping around for months for a 2020 Ford F150 Lariat trying to find a clean truck. I saw they had one listed for a few days I was in contact with the dealership immediately. I went to see the truck it was exactly what I was looking for. Zack helped me out tremendously. They have their fees like every other dealer but their fees were very reasonable compared to others. I purchased the truck for less than I expected to pay. I walked out with a new truck and a great deal. They do the process from A-Z all I did was drive my truck within a 2 weeks I had my title plates and registration as promised. As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!
