We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

The facility was very clean and comfortable, all employees I had interaction with were knowledgeable and patient. I was very pleased with the workmanship and cost for the work that was needed.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I called and inquired about a used Ram truck to confirm it was still available. Alma Turner contacted me and confirmed it was still there. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I am thrilled about driving this car and I know I won't regret it.

The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. The CT4 is a real driver's kind of car. It has great style and great performance. Having the Premium Luxury model is nice. The leather seating and cold weather package along with many other luxury items makes you feel special.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Our Salesman Ata was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, respectful, and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. The CT 5 Sport is a hot ride. It’s loaded with all the bells and whistles, from Supercruise assist to the hottest styling of the dash, it’s truly phenomenal! The change between touring and sport is seemless, there are so much to say about this car and not enough room!

I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!
